Digesto’s commitment to you is provided in the form of a 100% Satisfaction Money Back 30-day Guarantee (the “Guarantee”).


Definitions Used In This Guarantee

“Customer” and “You” herein refer to any customer of Digesto that has purchased a Digesto Licence from Partners & Simons, Inc. d/b/a MERGE (“MERGE”).

A “Digesto License” is a Subscription to the Digesto Service as more fully defined in the End User License Agreement (the “EULA”). Any other capitalized terms not specifically defined in this Guarantee shall have the same meaning as in the EULA.



Digesto Licence is the only product or service covered by our Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your Subscription, you will be eligible for a full refund of the Subscription Fee (as defined in the following section). The Guarantee only applies to the purchase of a a Digesto License, and is limited to a maximum of one (1) refund per Customer.


Subscription Fee Definitions

The “Subscription Fee” is defined as the base monthly or yearly amount paid by the Customer for access to the use of the applicable Digesto Service without any additional charge, and thus excludes third party fees, fees for additional services, customized orders that require professional services, and any other type of option.



MERGE reserves the right to arbitrate and delimit on a per-situation basis the extent to which this Guarantee applies, and may, in the case of abuse of Digesto Service on the part of Customer; as defined in the End User License Agreement, void the Guarantee. Custom service orders, custom design, professional services or add-ons are not eligible for refund.


How To Request A Refund With the Guarantee

To activate this Guarantee, Customer must submit a written online request to CANCEL their service by opening an online support ticket in the Digesto Client Area. This must be submitted prior to the first 30 days after Customer pays the Subscription Fee for the first time. To ensure the privacy and security of both the Customer and MERGE, requests must be made via support ticket only. Requests for activation of this Guarantee via e-mail, telephone, fax, physical mail, or any other means will not be processed.
